I live in the southern Ontario, Canada.   We have a great climate for growing a wide assortment of fruits and vegetables.  We are right next door to the Niagara Escarpment which produces amazing fruit and magnificent wines.  All these make it perfect to shop locally.

I’m fortunate enough to be able to find small local farms that treat their livestock humanely and produce a wide variety of products providing us diverse choices.

My location is also close enough to Canada’s largest city that we can access the most ethnically diverse cuisine in the world.  And with that comes many opportunities to explore international restaurants and access to wonderful flavours to create new recipes.
